Board & Advisory Council
The executives, academics, role models and founding members who guide the club's strategy.
The Board of Directors sets the club's annual goals and budget, while the Advisory Council shapes programme content, the mentor network and partnerships. The two councils meet jointly four times a year and decisions are shared with the Y-CEO Board.
Council members serve voluntarily and take part in committee work and Round Table sessions.

Works on the design of financial literacy programmes and advises the finance module of the Senior CEO programme.
Prof. Dr. Ayşe Korkmaz
Professor of Educational Sciences · Boğaziçi Üniversitesi
Works on curriculum development and assessment. Oversees the academic review of the school programme.

Content advisor for the AI literacy modules; prepared the ethical framework of the prompt library.

Runs leadership and discipline workshops for young athletes; a volunteer mentor at the Leadership Camps.

Develops members' expression skills through presentation and storytelling workshops.

Was part of the team that founded the club's first school chapter and helped design the representation model.
