What is reverse mentorship?
Reverse Mentorship is a program where experienced executives learn from the younger generation. From AI tools to social media dynamics, young members take the mentor seat.
Each match holds three sessions and prepares a joint closing presentation.

The young mentor and the executive are matched and scheduled.

A joint presentation closes the term and is filed in the report pool.
Young mentor criteria
What we look for in young mentor candidates.

Aged 15–29
Active members in the Senior segment may apply.

Depth in one field
Command of a field such as AI, social media or the game economy.

Communication skills
Ability to explain complex topics simply.

Commitment for the term
Availability for three sessions and the closing presentation.
