The Y-CEO Board Structure
A four-step merit ladder: as contribution grows, so do responsibility and voice.
At Young CEO Club titles are earned, not assigned. Every member starts as a General Member and collects XP and badges through cases, committee tasks and courses. Tiers rise automatically once thresholds are met; Board Membership and Y-CEO are granted by management review.
